Questions officers ask first

Is this ATA or NSSA electronic filing?

No. We do not file certified ATA, NSSA, or NSCA reports. Keep ScoresR, SOS, ShootPro, or Score Chaser for registered weekends. No Bird Scoring runs the weekly club league.

Do we have to throw out Excel?

No. Export Excel-friendly files anytime. Most clubs should run one week in parallel with the spreadsheet before flipping a season.

Is this a phone scoring app like HotClays?

No. HotClays is a strong personal / squad scorecard. No Bird Scoring is club software: rosters, standings, captains, duty, Night Desk.

What does Hosted cost?

Club Hosted is about $175/month or $1,800/year for many simple clubs — often about one busy league night of round fees per year. Classic trap A+B stays Hosted. Plus is a second game the same night or a staffed desk; Dedicated is own-stack isolation. Quotes on the Plans page.

Can we leave with our data?

Yes. Club Admins can export. Lock-in is not the product. See Hosted Terms.

Does it work on a tablet at the range?

Yes. It is a browser app (installable as a PWA). Not an App Store download. Scorepad drafts help when range Wi-Fi is weak.

What is the Tour?

A public demo with sample club data. Do not put real member names in it. Same product shape as Hosted.

Do you support Saturday-night phone calls?

Not by default. Email within 24–48 hours on support days. Paid shoot-night windows are a separate arrangement.

What this is not

  • Not a full accounting suite or QuickBooks replacement
  • Not certified ATA/NSSA/NSCA electronic filing (yet)
  • Not a native app-store download — web app that works on phone/tablet (installable as a PWA)
  • Not a personal hit/miss scorecard for one shooter in the field
