What “Night Desk” means here
Nobody else searches those two words yet. We use them on purpose so officers can point at one place: the people working the counter, not the pad on the field.
- Night fees when your club collects at the desk — light money tools, not QuickBooks.
- Past nights so last Tuesday isn’t a lost pile of slips.
- Freeze when the night is done and the board should stop moving.
- Duty scorer — temporary elevation for that week, then it ends. No permanent admin for the person who filled in.
What it is not
Not a POS. Not in-app card collection for dues. Not a Saturday hotline while you are scoring. Email support is 24–48 hours on support days. Plans and what’s included.
What this is not
- Not a full accounting suite or QuickBooks replacement
- Not certified ATA/NSSA/NSCA electronic filing (yet)
- Not a native app-store download — web app that works on phone/tablet (installable as a PWA)
- Not a personal hit/miss scorecard for one shooter in the field
