Trap league software for weekly club nights
Software for the Tuesday (or Wednesday) trap league — team pads, captains, standings people trust — not a registered ATA weekend cashier.
What trap officers need on a league night
Most “trap scoring apps” are personal hit/miss cards. A trap league needs the rest of the night: who is shooting, who is out, who is on duty, and a board that is right before people drive home.
- Team scorepad — classic trap hit/miss grid. Mark birds, lock the week when the squad is done.
- Lineups and captains — who’s shooting, who’s out, shoot-ahead, without a group text.
- Standings and weekly results — season board plus this week, on a phone.
- Duty scorer — the volunteer working the night can score that week without becoming full admin.
- Excel-friendly export — keep a safety net, or leave later. Lock-in isn’t the product.
Built for a club league — not a registered shoot
ATA registered weekends have their own tools (ScoresR, SOS Clays, ShootPro). This page is for the weekly club league: 8–16 weeks, teams or individuals, handicap or scratch, beer birds, and a desk that still has to take money.
We do not file ATA scores for you. If you run a registered shoot on Saturday, keep the tool you already use. Use No Bird Scoring for the weekday board.
Same clubhouse also runs skeet, sporting, and 5-stand if you add a board later — same people, not a second app.
How clubs usually try it
- Tour the demo — sample club, click the trap pad and standings.
- Run one week next to Excel — keep the spreadsheet until the board matches.
- Import and go live — we help with names, roles, and first night if you want Launch.
Priced like club software — Club Hosted is often about one busy league night of round fees per year. See plans.
What this is not
- Not a full accounting suite or QuickBooks replacement
- Not certified ATA/NSSA/NSCA electronic filing (yet)
- Not a native app-store download — web app that works on phone/tablet (installable as a PWA)
- Not a personal hit/miss scorecard for one shooter in the field
See it the way officers use it
The live Tour is the same product shape — scorepads, standings, and Night Desk. Sample data only. Don’t put real member names in the Tour.
