One main league night, usually one game at a time, volunteer desk. Tuesday trap — including classic A and B — is the picture.
Same app as Plus: scorepads, standings, rosters, schedules, Night Desk, updates, and Hosted backups.
Email support within 24–48 hours on support days. Up to 2,000 newsletter emails a month (that’s send count, not dollars; invites and password resets don’t count).
Best if: You want a URL that stays up and officers can run the night without babysitting a server.
Club Plus
From ~$299/mo · $3,000/yr
A second game the same night (trap plus skeet or sporting), or a staffed / crowded desk.
Best if: The night is busy enough that you want more attention in the plan — not because the scorepad is different.
Club Dedicated

Large / multi-discipline clubs that need their own dedicated setup.
Best if: You need your own stack (isolation or a complex clubhouse) — not the same box as Club Hosted / Plus.
You’re still Club Hosted if you run one game at a time with volunteers — even if the squads are full, even if trap A and B both run, even if skeet is a different night.
Plus is for nights that run two games in parallel, or a desk that’s staffed and busy.
We’ll put Hosted or Plus on the written quote from that picture. Same product either way.

Plus is still a couple of those nights at a busy club — not a different piece of software.

If the night starts adding a second game, or the desk gets staffed and busier, we’ll say so in the next quote.
That’s the plan fitting the club — not a fine, and not a mid-season cutoff. The scorepad doesn’t change.

Newsletter volume is metered in sends per month (see the table above) — we do not sell unlimited blasts. That meter is not the software price.

Out of scope / separate
Full club accounting, certified association electronic filing (unless later announced), on-site or Saturday-night phone support by default, unlimited marketing blasts,
in-app card collection for events or dues, or a private VPS on Club Hosted / Plus (that’s Dedicated).
