Spreadsheet scramble

Replace the Excel trap league — keep the export

Late standings. Score disputes. A file only one person can open. Run the night on a pad, then export Excel-friendly files when you want a safety net.

Why the spreadsheet lasts until it doesn’t

Officers do not search for “clubhouse OS.” They search for a trap league spreadsheet, a Google Sheet that already works, or “what software are scorekeepers using?” The honest answer at most clubs is still Excel.

It works until standings lag, two people edit the file, or the scorer is sick. Then the board argues in the parking lot.

We are not asking you to burn the workbook on night one

Keep Excel until the pad matches. ATA even publishes Excel templates for registered work — we are not replacing association paperwork. We are replacing the Tuesday scramble. Full comparison vs Excel.

What this is not

  • Not a full accounting suite or QuickBooks replacement
  • Not certified ATA/NSSA/NSCA electronic filing (yet)
  • Not a native app-store download — web app that works on phone/tablet (installable as a PWA)
  • Not a personal hit/miss scorecard for one shooter in the field
