What this page covers

This page covers the public marketing site at www.nobirdscoring.com and the contact form. Separate product terms and privacy practices apply to Hosted club accounts and the live Tour demo once you are signed into those systems.

Contact form

When you send a message, we collect:

• Name and email (required)
• Club / organization, role, rough club size, how you heard about us (optional)
• Your message
• Optional experiment arm / page path (automatic, for marketing A/B — not sold)

We use that information to reply about plans, demos, and launch help. Messages are delivered to our email inbox (via our form provider). We do not sell your contact details. The form may use light anti-spam checks (including optional Cloudflare Turnstile when configured) and hidden fields so automated bots are less likely to flood the inbox.

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other people’s personal data you are not authorized to share.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on this marketing site to see aggregate traffic (page views, referrers, which pages are popular). It is privacy-oriented and does not use advertising cookies for retargeting. We do not run Google Analytics or ad pixels on this site by default.

We may run a simple on-site A/B content test (two versions of marketing copy). Your browser stores a random sticky preference in localStorage (not an advertising cookie) so the site stays consistent while you browse. Outbound “Tour” links may include a non-identifying tag such as utm_content=ab_a or ab_b so we can see which version leads to the demo. Contact messages may include the same experiment arm so we can answer in context — not for ads.

Club Hosted product apps do not load this marketing analytics beacon by default.

Tour demo

The live Tour at demo.nobirdscoring.com uses sample data. Do not enter real member PII there. Demo environments may reset on a schedule.

Retention

Contact emails are kept as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records, then deleted or archived according to our mailbox practices.

Your choices

Email us at [email protected] to ask about a message you sent or to request that we stop emailing you about a sales inquiry (we still may keep a minimal record of the request).

We may update this page as the product or site changes. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
